Our history
Kāpiti Coffee Roasters was established on the Kāpiti Coast in 2010. In 2009, our founder Corban Halcrow returned after many trips to coffee-producing nations. Most being in central/ south America and Asia/ Asia pacific. After seeing the natural processes, he was convinced much more improvement was possible for the humble cup. Since then, we have noticed good coffee becoming more understood and appreciated by consumers. Corban has designed and perfected a bespoke cold extraction process to prove his knowledge and understanding of coffee.
